1 oz cream cheese
.5 oz falernum
1 pn vanilla bean

Cinnamon

cinnamon-infused ___
ginger
ginger liqueur
cinnamon bitters
5-spice bitters

Red Pepper

2 oz red bell pepper-infused mezcal
1 oz dry vermouth
.5 oz ginger syrup
.5 oz clarified lemon
.5 oz clarified lime
2 ds hellfire shrub
 

Fig Balls

1 oz rye
2 oz fig syrup
1 oz Chianti / 1 oz mascarpone
.5 oz fernet
.5 oz balsamic vinegar*
.5 oz walnut syrup

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Strain and serve up.
*Let's not be cheap——please use high quality balsamic, and if it is too thick add water to vinegar before including in drink.

Strawberry Rhubarb, Bitches

2 oz vodka
1.5 oz clarified strawberry
1 oz rhubarb liquor
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dp rhubarb bitters
1 dp orange bitters
3 dp salt solution

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Strain thoroughly. Pour into carbonation bottle and carbonate to ≥35 PSI. Serve over ice.

2 dp orange bitters
2 dp saline solution
1 lime peel

Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly. Strain and serve up with lime peel (after expressing lime oils over drink).
