Looking to expand their member base, the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan asked Filmic Productions (the student film group I led) to produce a piece bleeding nostalgia and reminisce. I created the concept for this video as well as directed it. Our concept for this video was based around the strategy I developed of "Remain Valiant."

It uses a split screen to compare the lives of a current U-M student to that of a U-M alum. This comparison demonstrates the impact Michigan still has on its alumni, whether they graduated last year or 70 years ago.

This video has received terrific reviews from focus group studies conducted by the Alumni Association of U-M. It has brought about both smiles and tears in the same 60 seconds.
